ReaDX - security access control readers

ReaDX is a Company creating innovative solutions in the RFID, security access control marketplace. ReaDX supplies a range of Access Control Readers and Transponders and a multi modulation, multi-format, and multi -protocol Encoder.

The company's focus is on supplying a range of proximity, and 'prox plus PIN' keypad readers using standard industry compatible formats. ReaDX readers can process a range of protocols within each format.

Data is transmitted between the transponder and the ReaDX readers at 125kHz frequency using any of three different modulation methods - Amplitude Shift Keying (ASK), Frequency Shift Keying (FSK), and Phase Shift Keying (PSK). All ReaDX readers have Wiegand output.

The ability of ReaDX readers to process data from differing modulations, formats and protocols enables ReaDX to exclusively be able to supply a 'Universal Card Reader'.

The ReaDX research and development team have developed several patented features during the course of the developing the current product range.

ReaDX has been contracted for their research expertise to meet various RFID challenges, over a number of years. This has included providing solutions not only with security applications, but also in agricultural applications, and several product tagging opportunities.
